In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the sma4d platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have read and accept the sma4d Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• All information you provide to sma4d during registration and subsequently is accurate, complete, and current;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

If you access the sma4d platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions. References to "you" in this document shall include both the individual and any entity on whose behalf you act.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or use any service offered by sma4d. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. sma4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. sma4d's primary market is Indonesia. Players must be residents of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services of the type provided on sma4d under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing sma4d is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are strictly prohibited from opening or maintaining an account on sma4d:

• Any person under the age of 21;
• Any person whose account has previously been closed or suspended by sma4d for any reason;
• Any person who is an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sma4d or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game-provider partners;
• Any person residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• Any person who is subject to a self-exclusion order on sma4d or through any third-party responsible-gaming programme that sma4d participates in.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on sma4d. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal information — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. sma4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification. sma4d is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request and at any other time at sma4d's sole discretion. Verification documents may include:

• A government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card — or a valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account screenshot or e-wallet account confirmation matching the registered name);
• A selfie photograph holding the provided ID document, if required.

4.5 Verification Timeline. sma4d aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is successfully completed. sma4d reserves the right to request additional documents beyond the standard set at its sole discretion.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sma4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment me thods may vary depending on your location and account status.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the sma4d platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week may apply depending on account tier and verification status.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) are typically credited to your sma4d account within 5 to 15 minutes of successful bank confirmation. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. sma4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available processing cycle. sma4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.

5.5 Matching Payment Channels. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. sma4d reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed via the Player's verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same legal name as the sma4d account.

5.6 Third-Party Deposits. Deposits made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.7 Transaction Fees. sma4d does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside sma4d's control. Players are responsible for any such fees imposed by their bank or e-wallet provider.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by sma4d are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover conditions) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 subject to a 10x wagering requirement means the Player must place cumulative bets totalling at least Rp 1.000.000 before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. sma4d reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who are found to be opening multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse will be disqualified from all current and future promotions and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Placing bets that systematically exploit a promotion's mechanics without genuine gaming intent (e.g., hedging bets across multiple outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of result);
• Colluding with other players to jointly exploit a promotion;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to claim or exploit bonuses.

6.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated free credits carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry period will be automatically forfeited without notice.

6.6 sma4d's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. sma4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a promotion, sma4d's decision shall be final and binding.

7.1 General Gaming Conduct. All bets and wagers placed on sma4d are final once confirmed by the platform. Players must ensure that all bet details — including the selected market, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming any wager. sma4d will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of Player error unless there is a demonstrable technical fault on the part of the platform.

7.2 Sports Betting. sma4d offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton (including the Thomas Cup and Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and E-sports (including Mobile Legends MPL and PUBG Mobile events). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (Asian ball handicap) markets are available subject to individual event rules.

7.3 Togel Markets. sma4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets including Togel SGP, Togel HK, and Togel SDY, among others. Togel draw results are determined by the official output of the respective lottery organisations and are beyond sma4d's control. Disputes regarding draw results must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant draw.

7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger — are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules applicable to each live game are those displayed within the game interface and published by the respective studio. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the studio's official recording, which shall be final.

7.5 Slot Games. All slot games on sma4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Slot gacor (high-RTP slot) classifications are based on the studio's published RTP data and are informational only.

7.6 Void Bets. sma4d reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds or game outcome was affected by a manifest technical error; (b) the event was cancelled, postponed beyond applicable cut-off times, or abandoned; (c) there is evidence that the Player had access to information unavailable to the general public at the time the bet was placed (insider information); or (d) the relevant game or market was offered in error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sma4d platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the sma4d platform;
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any way;
• Colluding with other players in any game or market to manipulate outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sma4d staff or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to access the sma4d platform or its backend systems through any means other than the standard user interface provided.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the sma4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of sma4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. sma4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any sma4d content.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not: (a) use any sma4d trademark, brand name, or logo without prior written consent; (b) frame or mirror any sma4d webpage on any other website; (c) scrape, crawl, or data-mine the sma4d platform by automated means; or (d) use sma4d content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

10.1 Platform Availability. sma4d strives to maintain 99.7% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond sma4d's control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events.

10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. The sma4d platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.3 Limitation of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sma4d's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim. In no event shall sma4d be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.4 Third-Party Services. sma4d integrates with third-party payment processors, game studios, and data providers. sma4d is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or technical failures of any such third-party service provider. Any dispute regarding a third-party game outcome or payment processing error must be raised with sma4d's support team, which will liaise with the relevant third party on the Player's behalf.

10.5 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. sma4d accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by Players during normal use of the platform. By using sma4d, you acknowledge that you gamble entirely at your own financial risk.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your sma4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure. sma4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• sma4d has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Player or from an authorised third party acting on the Player's behalf;
• sma4d is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

11.3 Balance on Involuntary Closure. Where an account is closed by sma4d due to a breach of these Terms, any balance — including deposited funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, sma4d reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance as compensation for damages caused by the breach.

sma4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the sma4d Privacy Policy in full. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your data is used, stored, and protected.

In summary: sma4d collects only the personal data necessary to provide its services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. sma4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to sma4d's legal retention obligations.

sma4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and can be activated directly from the account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified continuous session duration (30, 60, or 90 minutes). A prompt will appear on screen offering the option to end the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to the platform for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sma4d is incorporated and licensed, as published on the platform from time to time.

14.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal Process. In the event of a dispute regarding any bet, game outcome, payment, account action, or promotional matter, the Player must first submit a written complaint to sma4d's support team at [email protected]. sma4d will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days. All decisions made by sma4d in the context of this internal complaints process are final and binding unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14.3 Language of Disputes. All formal dispute correspondence between the Player and sma4d shall be conducted in English. Indonesian-language correspondence will be accepted and translated by sma4d's support team, but the official record of any dispute resolution process will be maintained in English.

14.4 Limitation Period. Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the sma4d platform must be brought within 90 days of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims filed after this period will not be considered.

When material changes are made, sma4d will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the sma4d platform following publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
